Privacy policy
I respect your privacy and will never knowingly use your data for any other purposes than to process your order of the I burn for you candles on my website. Any disputes will be settled under Dutch law. The platforms I’ve used to build my website (Squarespace, Stripe, Paypal, Apple Pay) may hold their own policies of collecting your data but whenever I can I’ve opted out of any data collecting options on their behalf as I’m not a fan of it myself.
refunds shipping & contact
Any ordered candles are shipped within a business week unless I’m away, in that case I’ll notify you by email and offer you other options if you’d prefer. In case of large or wholesale orders its also possible to order via Thomas Eyck. I do not offer returns as the candles are a fragile and somewhat perishable good, unless candles arrive broken or seriously damaged. In that case please contact me within three working days after you’ve received them via email.
